i liked the room with sofa bed available, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the staff were very amiable and made me feel welcome. location: the hotel was just next door to beatrice, nebraska and the restaurants and lincoln due to graduation.

Favourable location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed. Standard room we stayed at was new-fashioned with sofa bed.

The hotel served toast and bacon for breakfast. Both rooms we booked were impeccably clean in good condition, no reason to complain. - the location was particularly good, close enough to everything. - It was also not far from Lincoln due to graduation and the outskirts of town and Beatrice as a whole.

Loved that your a pet friendly facility. I'm new to having a service dog and the front desk was very accommodating with a first floor room.

No toilet paper in room after cleaned and they didn't leave us any bath or hand towels. I went to front desk to get some and they gave me a pile of floor mats and a hand towel. I went up again and finally got what we originally asked for.

Great location, close to everything. Rooms were spacious with refrigerators and microwaves. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the managers' happy hour with free snacks and drinks.

Rooms could use some updating, especially the heat/air control. Carpet seemed old or in need of cleaning.

The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our room was recently remodeled so it was quite nice - and roomy. We loved the pillows!

Large room, missing pull out sofa, but comfortable chair and hot tub. Late arrival, bought air mattress. Front desk initially insisted room had sofa, confirmed it didn't. Asked about roll away, went with air mattress. Deducted $100 from bill, handled appropriately.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our vegetarian and vegan dietary needs were met, offering a delicious range of plant-based options.

Felt genuinely cared for and couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

The evening reception was fantastic! They had a wide variety of food options including hoagie sandwiches, chicken salad croissants, cheese and meat tray, and more. It was a great dinner option. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious whirlpool for relaxation after a long day. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a good selection of hot and cold items. I particularly enjoyed the egg white omelets and the pancake maker. The hotel is conveniently located near a Walmart, making it easy to pick up any necessities.

One issue I had was with the check-in process. I had booked a king bedded room, but was initially assigned a double queen room.

The renovations being done at the hotel did not disrupt our stay. We didn't experience any annoying noise or dust, making our stay comfortable and peaceful. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with no signs of dirt or mess. The staff members were helpful and accommodating, especially Laura at the front desk who went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and provided great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

One aspect of our stay that could have been improved was the housekeeping. Additionally, the hotel being dog-friendly had its drawbacks.
